RECOSET - FD is a volatile defoamer, which is very widely used to overcome various types of foaming and scumming problems.
The commonly used concentrations of RECOSET - FD vary between 0.2 to 2 Gms /Ltr depending upon the stage where it is required to be used.
RECOSET - FD is found to be equally effective in the print pastes and in the dye baths too.
RECOSET - FD is already very widely accepted by the processors as the formulation of this product is carried out with a view to have maximum economy obtaining the best results.
The general concentrations recommended are as follows: -
as Defoamer for Dyeing 0.5 Gms/Ltr to 2 Gms/Ltr
as Defoamer for Printing 0.5 to 1% on the weight of printing paste.
