VAT DYES STOCK VATS: The stability of stock vats can be considerably improved by adding 5-10Gms/Ltr RECOTEX - WS. The product must be added to the dye dispersion prior to vatting.
JIG DYEING: 2Gms/Ltr RECOTEX WS is added to improve the stability of the dyeing liquor. RECOTEX - WS prevents vat-acid stains. e.g. when dyeing with the Indanthren blue types.

RECOSET ACL is specially formulated product for stain removing, scouring, levelling of polyester, polyester viscose blended fibres, yarn and fabric.
RECOSET ACLis scouring agent, dispersing agent, levelling agent, all in one. It can be used in jigger, jet dyeing machine, U-tube jet dyeing machine and winches with caustic soda or oxalic acid. Under normal conditions, defoamer is not required while using RECOSET ACL.
RECOSET ACLhas no adverse effect on LURAX.
We recommend use of RECOSET ACLparticularly while dyeing light shades. Ground cleaning, stain removing are important in light shades. As the quantum of dyes is less, much needed dispersion is provided by RECOSET ACL.
