RECO – SWP is a cationic softner used to impart pleasing, non-greasy and silky feel to the cotton and synthetics fabrics.Unlike other products RECO – SWP is very economical in use. It is preferable to use this softner with a
long liquor bath at a pH of about 3.5. The compatibility of RECO – SWP should be checked when required to be used alongwith other products. This is essential because of the cationic nature of this softner.
The general recommendations for the use of RECO – SWP are as follows:-
1. 40 Gms/Ltr to 50gms/ltr with about 80% mangle pick up on the mangle for cotton and cellulosic fabrics.
2. 30gms/ltr to 35gms/ltr with about 70% of mangle pick up for the artisilk fabrics.
3. 2.5% to 3% on the weight of the material for the cotton and their blended yarns.
